Ignoring cancelation of contract for 3 years

My son enrolled with Intec early 2010. he paid the required deposit and waited for a longer than promised time for his study-material and decided to quit in May 2010 as he lived and worked in Mozambique at the time, which made corresponding and being here for exams almost impossible. He went to the consultant at the branch in Sunnyside where he enrolled and this person gave him all the advice he needed to quit., which he did. Fortunately he kept record of every phone call, contact person, e-mails and so forth. He then went to his bank and cancelled his debit order with Intec. Time passed and all was well, until he withdrew money 6 months later. He had learned that the debit order from Intec was paid, immediately went to Standard bank, fortunately they wrote the d/o back and said he needed to revise the cancellation of d/o every six months. He didnt know and had to pay for the bank costs. This happened regularly with Intec the lady at the bank told us. So now 3years later we have learnt not only has Intec blacklisted my son on ITC, they did so twice for the same acc. He has closed his acc with the bank, his credit profile tarnished, and still we receive sms's and NOTHING seems to help. HELP!!
