Thank you for responding to my post but that is not the answer that i have been anticipating. I need more than anything to complete my studies. Right now the study material is being released and the first assignments are due. I need to be REGISTERED NOW TO BE ABLE TO WRITE MY EXAMS NEXT YEAR JANUARY. I NEED THE LOAN. IT IS NOW FEBRUARY AND I STARTED THE APPLICATION PROCESS LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER, THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR INVESTIGATION.
