I have been trying to contact Unisa since Last year. I am trying to complete my degree which as far as I am aware I only have one subject remaining. I am also have a time limit as they are phasing out my degree (how much time I have no idea as no one gets back to you), I have tried to register for my last subject and I keep getting a system error which I don't understand but there is also no call centre you can call to assist. You are required to email or SMS which I have done properly at least 20 times with no feedback. I now have registered even though I had to submit its not my final subject when intact it should be but some how I'm only registered for the second semester, I went on line to change it to the first semester o. Numerous occasions and have proof but he them has not hanged it. Therefor although I have registered for m final subject I can't submit this on line I and registered for the second semester even though this should be the first semester, am running out of time and have no idea how much time I have and although I email unisa daily and will continue to do so you get no feedback. Their service is disgusting! The communication or lack there of is shocking!
