After my initial complaint regarding the deposit for my daughter of R2000 that they did not want to refund me, we received a letter stating this was decided at a meeting of the governing body that we can get this money back.
Hooray, great jubilation, after endless fighting, and then what? Nothing.? Bank account details were given, and a " proof of deposit" was given (with no reference number) However to date no only has appeared in the bank account.
When contacting standard bank which is where the deposit was made from, they have stated any proper deposit will have a reference number on it, now what?
