I was a student of TUT back in 2004 I never finished my course with then. I decided to go back to school but part time. I went to TUT in August of 2013 to go ask for a permission letter and was told to come back in November 2013, which I did. When I get there they told me I dint have required documents which I was never told to bring when I went in August. I went back in December 2013 and was told the HOD had left for the year. I went back on 23 January 2014. When I asked for the letter I was told I need syllabus from University of South Africa (UNISA). But Unisa can't give me their syllabus as I'm not registered with them and I can't register with them as I don't have the permission letter. The HOD from TUT refused to help me as she said it's not her job to do that for me but yet she named all the subjects from Unisa which corresponded with the ones Have to finish in order for me to graduate. The thing that gets to me is if I could get those subject code myself then I wouldn't have gone to her in the first place. She refused to help me and now my I can't finish my studies on the other hand I feel she refused to help me because of the color of my skin. Please help me expose her.
