Once again I find the only way to get a reply out of your useless call centre [non-existant] is write a complaint on HelloPeter.
I sent an email to aegrotats requested that an exam be transferred to first semester 2014 due to work conflicts with all relevant documents. I have only had a receipt of acknowledgement and no further information. Now that first semester registration is closed, what am i supposed to do???
