After being relocated by my employer, I registered for the 2nd semester of 2013. The agent helping me in registering changed the address where all my communication gets sent to, but neglected to change my exam venue. When I called to have this changed, I was told they couldn't help me. It was all my own fault, I would just have to write my exams in Kimberley - which is about 500km from where I live. They are also not prepared to change my registration to the next semester and contacting the aegrotats department is useless. As they are not willing to help me in finishing my degree, I need them to refund me so that I am able to register at another institute who would be willing to help me. I will never refer anyone I know to this sorry excuse of a long distance institute.
