Returning student having difficulty registering

I was on campus on the 21st of January 2014 to get registered for ONE course i need to complete my Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. I took a gap year in 2013 but now nobody can really assist me in getting registered. I have been to the enrollment centre and Faculty of Management and have being going back and forth. I was told to re-apply then i was told to reactivate my student card in order to register so I am so confused. I really need to finish my degree this year but I'm really having no joy in this - its hard to get away from work and be on campus and not get any outcome from that.
