I've received an email again this morning and an sms stating you are going to take legal action against me for an outstanding account, AFTER I've send ALL the proof of payments through - AFTER I've send the account reconciliation through which your consultants couldn't even match to the debit amounts. THEN I GET DOUBLE CHARGED for exam fees - after I've send through the proof of payments that I ALREADY PAID for the exams BEFORE I WROTE THEM!!! Which is needless to say you people could not grasp and rectify. NOW YOU HAVE THE NERVE to inform me that you are going to take legal action when the incompetent consultants at NCRA or Damelin can't grasp the concept of an account reconciliation and exactly how an account works. This information was submitted to your office 7 times already in the 3 years this dispute have been going on and still nobody could sort it out??? WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT ME TO DO??? Everytime I lodged a complaint some senior person will get back to me... NEVER HAPPENED!! Sad that an institution that actually equip people with skills cannot even invest in their own employees to equip them with the necessary accounting skills to resolve queries.
