No luck getting transcript

I am trying to obtain a transcript from UJ's outsource partner QVS with no luck. I've been trying for more than a week, but continue to get issues with the website. Emails to QVS remains unanswered for days at a time. A truly horrific experience. Unfortunately UJ only gives this one option??
