Trying to register / apply - no response

Hello UNISA. I have been trying to enrol for a degree for a few years now. The process is excruciatingly slow. I have been corresponding via email to try to find out what I need to do. Phone calls go unanswered. I visited the campus in Cape Town, but there is no indication of where to go, or who to speak to. The few responses I have received take weeks or months, only to tell me to contact someone else. So far I have registered (or applied I am not sure), paid for some courses, and applied for exemption. The entire process seems opaque with little or no clear information of what is required of me, and what I must do to enrol. I don't even know if I am qualified for the course I wish to study, or what I must do if I am not qualified. I thought staying motivated through years of hard studying would be hard enough, but it seems the real challenge is just getting UNISA to acknowledge and process an application. Please can someone point in the right direction.
