I filled in a further works order form and faxed it through on 16 Jan, it usually takes 3 days and I have my next set of books. Not this time! I even sent a mail on 18 Jan, I got a phone call confirming I will get my books by today! Surprise no books! I am fed up paying big money and receiving bad service. I have paid for the study material which I am entitled to. Why do I have to fight for my books? I will never recommend anybody to study through college sa. I will have you know that this is the second time that this has happened.
