Pathetic "customer student assistance

I am a student studying through UNISA. I am appauled with the type of service or should i say "no service" one receives as student. The phones are taken off the hook, one can never get hold of any "so called lecturer". All the books and advertising they have on their Website says that they are there when you need them, well that is not true.

It is exactley a week now that i have been trying to get hold of a Lecture but no luck. So for a huge Educational Institution where is the so called "we a click away service''. UNISA's services are pathetic.
