YET AGAIN UNISA FAILS ME

Last year I had an issue with my registration at UNISA, it kept on showing me that it is "in progress". For this year I registered on the 4th of December and I have paid the fee, still my subjects have not been activated, when I call the at the call centre just lift the phone and put it down without saying a word they clearly think I cant hear them talking in the background for a few seconds, it is disgusting to say the least, if its not done by Friday I am going to take this the next level. I am glad this is my last year that I have to deal with BS, I am going to make it my life's mission to warn people against this institution, I only wish the Carte Blanche show was on a free to air channel so that people can know what this institution is about, every year it has been the same BS
