On Friday the 10th of January I applied to change my qualification. I sent an e-mail requesting Unisa to add the credits of the modules I've completed to the new qualification code and also change my major subject combination. I also sent a copy of my marraige certificate to change my surname. Since the 10th of January I've sent 8 e-mails requesting this and did not receive any response what so ever. I tried calling, but apparently you cannot call them anymore. So I sent an sms, sent another sms. Guess what NO RESPONSE. This is the kind of thing that makes me want to quit studying at UNISA. I don't know what else I must do. E-mail don't work, SMS's don't work. No calling them. NO SOLVING THE PROBLEM!!!
