I've applied for a course in Business Administration in 2010 and I missed registration because I did not get any feedback with regards to the status of my application from applications and 012 429 6171 student application line.

I applied again this year for the second semester, nobody has given me feedback yet. Sent e-mails with no response and tried calling if the phone is not busy no one is picking, if someone picks up they will tell you the system is hanging and they cant do anything. The staff is also not informed they provide incorrect information.

Im really not impressed about this service and I want my application fee to be refunded because I have paid it twice in 2010 and 2013 but I still cannot register.
