On the 14/06/2013 I called Nicole Nurses Training to enquire about my daughter's tuition payments and for them to tell me when is she supposed to begin with the studies. Margarett asked me to send proof of payment and she will come back to me, which I did the same day.
I have been phoning almost every week trying to get an answer out of this center with no success.
everytime I speak to Margarett; she will ask me to call her the following day because she is still looking for the documents.
my daughter was supposed to start this January with her studies but because she has got no reference number yet, she is told she has to wait until May month which to me is unacceptable taking into consideration the tuition fees were paid in February 2013.
