Good day,

1. Numerous attempts were made to contact UNISA re: Amount of R 382 for AUCM401 to be settled after i had paid my tuition fees.
It appears the man in finance at PTA offices, Mr M Lesabe is never available nor does he reply to emails.

2. No one can tell me how i go about paying for my aegrotat exam.

I ask, what is going on at UNISA?!
