Unable to re-registe

I am trying to re-register for my BA course (subject code 02038) which i started in 2008,
Unisa website will not let me re- register for it, with an error message that says "The selected qualification is only available to repeaters."

Can someone from Unisa please get back to me asap. The service is horrific for a so called "tertiary institution".
