As a graduate, it is my understanding that one has to apply for a post-grad qualification as a POST-grad. Therefore it baffles the mind why UNISA has closed their CTA applications for 2014 in September, when one only learns whether you are in fact a post-graduate student in late November/Early-mid December.
Does it not also touch ethics? Having to apply and pay an amount that is in absolute terms non-refundable, for an unsure future occurrence?
And unfortunately all correspondence with the relevant person (s) in the accounting department is answered in a manner bordering being rude.
I understand that applications for undergrads close in September 2013, but I need a very good explanation how post-grad applications into the CTA program closed on the same date when other institutions in south Africa catering for full-time students still have open applications?
