I have been unable to access my "mylife" email account since the service was started a few years back. I have emailed and phoned numerous people without any help!!! I have now registered for my honours but am unable to pay my registration fee as the reference number has been sent to the email account which I cannot access! I then phoned a few more numbers only be told "I dont know how to help you, I will put you through to my supervisor" after holding for almost ten minutes I was cut off!!! I now fear I will miss the registration period and lose out on a year of studies!!! Three years of trying to sort this out without any success, feeling hopeless with UNISA once again!
