Registered almost 2 years ago however all study material still NOT correctly supplied, but all debits gone off successfully so I'm fully paid up. How convenient for you! Can I expect my books before Xmas as my very own present that I paid for? (Wrap it up in red), if you going to deliver! Tired of calling the student services & speaking to the same people who make false promises. Is "Correspondence" for Damelin defined as only student making calls etc? Where are the courtesy calls to ensure customer service?
I'm so sick of this, Termisha, Ziyaad, Donovan etc keep requesting the so called "ticking sheet" & NOT 1 person could sort me out. So now that my course period expires does mean I must pay again?
A total waste of my time and money, should have cancelled my registration the first time around when the wrong set of books were sent to me as it was the first sign of incompetence. Well a lesson learnt in giving the benefit of the doubt.
Will be waiting to hear from someone but I feel this higher education institution need to be exposed so don't be shocked when the media pays you guys a visit! You guys sure deserve it after reading all the complaints I see here on this site.
