I am a registered student at College SA. From the first day their service has been absolutely amazing. It was speedy, accurate and the registration period went very smoothly.
After I received my first package my student card had no photo on it, because I did not attach my photo with my registration form. I read the form that I received with my package and it said that I should mail my photo including all my details asap to [Email Removed] I sent it to them on 2 occasions and have still not received anything. I then contacted Student Support, I sent quite a few emails and still no response.
If they guarantee to assist you then why have I received no student card and no response to any emails? This is quite disappointing as I will be spending a lot of money to complete my studies and they can't even assist me with something this small?
