Herewith my last correspondence with Mrs Mthembu.
Please excuse me for saying this, but I have not once treated you without respect, I have not once been rude to you as you have been towards me, I have not once made remarks towards you, I have not once made false accusations towards you, I have not once threatened you, but you have done all of the above. You send us a termination of registration letter to let us know that the child will no longer attend our facility, because he needs extra lessons at Panorama Primary. You never contacted us to let us know that you want to cancel the termination letter for the aftercare child. ( Little Mpho still attended our pre-school - No notice were given for her). Our accounts department is separate from our branches and the teaching staff had no means to access the bank account. You were out of the country and we could not get hold of you. The only thing we knew for certain as per your last written correspondence were that the child was no longer enrolled with our school and that is the reason why the teacher accompanied him back to the aftercare he was in. He was not chased away, but safely delivered to his aftercare.
