Lack of response to calls

I purchased a stock tracking system from CT, via a cold call and a visit from one of their consultants.
I feel that certain costs that would be incurred by me when using the system were not properly explained. I sent a email to the email address on the paperwork supplied cancelling the sale in terms of the cool-off period in the CPA. The have to date not replied to any of my emails and the phone number listed is out of service.
