I assume that you must be fed-up with my query regarding the lost script, I hope you understand that I am dealing with a group of incompetent business folk who certainly don't consider the interest of students. After my last query, I was referred to a senior- Prof Mhango, who after all his enquiries informed me that the script was lost. If I remember correct, I was aware of this on the 7th dec.
As for the assessment, do you correlate performance in two different subjects or rather compare students who are performing similarly in the same subject. This senior has also informed me that my son is excluded for 2013 for his poor performance.
I now don't wish to talk to anyone anymore. I am giving you 3 options which you could consider and get back to me. 1) locate the lost script and give the correct mark. 2) pass in the course with a new result sheet.. 3) Refund for the course textbook interest.
You have until 08/02/2013 to respond and if I am still unhappy, I will be handing this matter to my lawyers and I'll be working with media to educate the nation.
I have done my research and know this is not the first time something like this has happened.
