UNISA truly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not respond to emails, they do not answer calls, basically seems like they do not do anything correctly. I have a finance query, my statement shows a negative balance, I cannot seem to get hold of them on any of their lines. This is not the first time that I have received such bad service from this provider. Seems like it will never change.
