This is a vital time for UNISA students to apply and register for the 2nd semester BUT ofcourse all the phone lines are either busy or dont work??? I have literally tried calling every number on their contact page for the last 8 days but to no avail!!! Emails are a nightmare, and their turn around times are atrocious are probably 8 - 10 working days! Im still waiting for a reply to my query from 8 days ago!
I would expect UNISA (an institute of INTELLIGENCE) to cater for the implode of callers and emails during application and registration periods.
Please help...
