What seemed to be the highlight of all Moolmans apprentices, soon turned into another waiting period due to the incompetency and negligence of merSETA employees dealing with the contracts/paperwork. On the 4th November 2013 Moolmans employees were notified that their contracts are missing and that they had to fill out new ones along with new medicals that they should go and do over again. After they went through the trouble of doing everything their dates to write their trade test were to move on a day everyday until everyone is done, which were still a little acceptable. On 8 November 2013 they were told to go back to site because merSETA and Moolmans could not sort out the problem. Moolmans then soon after found proof when they submitted the apprentices contracts and information and also showed it to merSETA personally. merSETA then said that they would have an answer on 11 November 2013. merSETA came back with a reply that they have no evidence whatsoever of receiving the documents. All these employees had to fill in new contracts and now have to come back April 2014. This is really unacceptable and I can't understand that Moolmans are leaving matters here... Pathetic!
