IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT WHILE PAYMENT RECEIVED

Its nerve wrecking attempting to contact or get hold of any departement of unisa, all numbers on their website are engaged and there are no reponses to email query's, after altering my selected course my individual myunisa account reflects that i am not registered for anything but my fees have be received, can someone please contact me to have this sorted out as time is being wasted
