I complained on hellopeter in early December and the Unisa representative posted that I would be helped with my query. Since that joke of a response nothing further was done to help me. It is almost February and I can't get an iota of help with my simple query: To move my credit for FAC1601 to my degree with course code 98311.
It's pathetic that the only function that works in Unisa is the one that takes people's money.
