I have tried several numbers and many people to resolve a credit i received with Unisa which was moved from my degree to NDP and now its been deleted completely. I can tell you i have been querying this for almost 2 years with no joy at all. Firstly no one answers there phones and if you do get through they can't help.
I have several e-mails and many names of people i have made my query with.
