Im currently studying an NQF level 4 ECD at INTEC college, I have a couple of days in which I need to finish all my modules as they have to be in by the 26 Jan 2014. I have found two NQF level 5 module in my work and I want to know if I am suppose to do them, and every time I phone student support they cant give me a direct answer. All i want is a yes or no. I think that it is unfair for me2have2do an NQF level 5 when that is not what I am registered for. When I phoned student support I got the rudest person ever on the other line. When I told him everything and that no one is getting back to me after the phone call that I got from someone at INTEC asking me2send them photos of all the pages that say that the modules are NQF level 5. I have heard nothing from them and I am running low on time. My friend has been having huge problems with INTEC as well and it just amazes me that it had to get as far as her reporting INTEC for them to answer her. They are playing with our futures and its not funny. I have a job at a school that I might lose if I don't finish my modules on time and I can be done if someone would just tell me if I must do them or not. Our patience are running low.
