Why did you blacklist me?

I registered with you in 2010 for HR management, you offered me a bussary of half the course total amount, my mother was responsible for paying the remaining amount, she did notify you of her financial problems of which got worse thats why i had to drop out NOT BY CHOICE, but no to my surprice you ruin my name and you dont even notify me and now i have this default account on my name owing R8610, hello what happened to the bursary? Im aware of R3100 and can make arrengements for that! I want this thing off my name i cant get from A-B with this thing on my name. Thanks guys for giving me the best experince of hardship ever. Too disappointed
