I'm writing to let you know your customer service frustrates me.
1stly, when I registered for new courses, I had the minimum balance available in credit on my account to cover the minimum cost of the subjects as required but there is no form I can send to your fiance department that shows positive balance- Pls use money the credir on my account my send additional funds through?
When I send e-mails into the black hole which is Unisa's e-mail address, I feel lucky when I get a reply, no such luck on this issue.
Also when I phone your financial department 0124292441 0124415609 0124415600 - No answer
Pls can Unisa confirm if I am now registered for my classes, as the closing date has now closed?
Also, please can Unisa get people to answer phones and e-mails, I know this is a busy period for them but for students who are not getting a reply (and don't want to miss the cut off line) it is quiet frustrating.
Finally, please can Unisa confirm that I have now completed my BTECH in my previous studies as MYUNISA saying incomplete, however I have passed all my subjects and need to show qualification to my work, previous e-mail sent to Unisa remain unanswered?
