Because of the bad service and pathetic quality of education I decided to cancel my studies with Unisa and get credits at another University. After a long struggle to get my subjects credited (I only get back R1800 of the R6000 I spent). Now I am trying to get my money out of my Unisa account and into my bank account. This is proving impossible as the emails I send just go unanswered. It has been over a month and no reply. I know I made the right choice canceling my studies with Unisa I just wish I could get my money back that belongs to me.
