I registered on the 8th of January for two subjects, paid 60% deposit and I have to date, not received confirmation that I have been registered (st no. 42707080) for these two subjects.
I need to give my employer and my bank a copy of my proof of registration. This service in my opinion is extremely poor.
Personally I find it, to say the least, pathetic that there is no number to call for a speedy resolution, as no one replies to the emails and if someone happens to reply it is after more than a week.
