i have sent the below to the info address but to date have received no response... i would like this to be finalised asap please!

Change of Marital Status

I would like to enquire on the following. I have recently remarried and plan to complete my degree this semester.

However I still write under my old surname as my student card is in my old name.

Please advise if my degree can be issued in my new surname, and if so, what documents are required for the changed thereof.
