Herewith I would like to logged a complain against TETA (Transport and Education Training Authority) for poor or actually no service delivery and unfair treatment or discrimination.
We are new training provider, started business in March 2013, and since then we are struggling to get extension of scope for the company and the assessors. No feedback are supplied, and when we eventually received an extension letter for one of the assessors, there was typo errors on and the letter is still outdated with old unit standards. We believe that there is favoring amongst "other" training providers, as we have the proof. It wont even shock me if there is any bribery involved. All we are asking is for fairness, and that we can receive our extension of scope letters, in order to give our clients accredited training. TETA is withholding us from doing our work properly, which is a result of loss of income.
