I joined stock market college in 2008 april, signed 36 months contract which expred in April 2011. Because the company was deducting 212.00 monthly I did not notice that the debit was still going through until a financial consultant/advisor drew my attention to it in August 2013. I then called in and asked to cancel the cntract. A lady by the name of Notlyn told me that the cancellation will only be effective after the 31 August after they have debited.
I belive that STock market college took advantage of me by contunuing to take my money after my contract expired without communication with me. I need them to refund all my money from 2011 April to August 2013. It is an unacceptable unethical practice the company did to me and I am wondering how many people are victims of the similar practice.
