False Marketing and bad service

I've never felt like this. Utter nonsense from Damelin. I've been made to feel like Im the when they urself know nothing. This is really ridiculous. On your website and also the documents that you emailed me, "which I still have copies off" stipulate that there course Im doing is a 2 part course. Theres course named. SCJP, COURSE CODE CX-310th-065. How on earth did I find this info, I read the docs you as the institution sent me, is your call Centre aware of this course? Help No. I've been enquirying with everyone at Damelin, NOt a single soul knows about it. Im given false info. Can someone who knows anything call me and please let it be someone who has a brain. I regret ever contacting Sivester Mofokeng last year. What a waste.. Dnt think I dont know all your call Centre agent.
