I logged a complain on the 24th of July, received a form to fill in for refund. im still waiting even now. The thing is with Donovan you send e-mails he never responds. What is a person suppose to think now. Is a person suppose to go to SPEAK OUT/3RD DEGREE then maybe will they only get answers. Im not willing to wait another 3 years before getting my money. It was so nice for them to debit my account every month, now that it's their turn to pay it's a problem.
i want my money ASAP and stop making promises you can't keep.
