I enrolled for a N course, made the payment and received my registration info.
Then I was informed that the course is no longer available.
Since then I am trying to get my course fee refunded, but no luck.
Apparently they must first confirm that I made the payment. I received my registration info after my payment so
they did receive it. Also I send them proof of payment and a bank statement as requested, but it is now a week later and still no joy. They are still waiting for confirmation that I paid.
The N course they no longer supply is still available on their website though. If they can get a few subscription fees this way and keep the money for a month or so before they refund you it would be to their advantage, Just not very nice. Sending emails back and forth also takes time, I have tried to reach anyone on the phone for days without success. Their phones are not even answered.
