Ad attitude towards members of the public

On the 23 of august during my tea break i poped in to Unisa to enquire about how u go about registering for the next year since i have never used unisa as a form odf study. to my anticipation of recieving help since i have known the university with the international strandard. on the room full of students who were badly shouted by the gentlemen whos name reflected sizwe ngcobo/ndlovu if my memory serves me well#he is short dark fellow with a lot lack of respect amongst the fellow students. i approached the guy since i have been waiting for 20 min since the other gentleman was busy with other students. he entered the room and suddenly there was a buzzz of other students... i then greeted him with a smile he responded with an unfriendly face # join the que trying to explain to him that i was not there for registration i wanted to enquire what was needed for me to get the student number# he explained dat he didnt have two mouths as hes busy with something and i must go back to the ques of which i had already waited for 20 mins. so i kept on asking was he willing to help me or he then called in another student... i was so terriefied with his rude behaivou
