I got a call from Johanna, calling to confirm my online application. She was very well spoken (spoke up and very clear), and her tone of voice was not as mono-toned as other calls I have made the institution. I even got a chance to confirm other things in regards to studying with them and she assisted me without hesitation, even though my queries were for other department and not hers.
I am very impressed with the service. With people like Johanna, I would not mind calling UNISA for assistance.
