I have been a student at this institution for the last 3 years and have never seen or dealt with a company that gives more problems than this one. I pay all my accounts in advance but can never receive my report or whether I pass or not, and also any information I need regarding my studies because according to them I am a slow payer and sometimes according to them I don't even pay. When I phone Sonica at accounts department she has a terrible attitude towards me and then it comes out that they made the mistake... I am sick of their mistakes making my name bad... I am one of the many people that is complaining about this as there are many students and parents having a problem with this. The receptionist at the pretoria campus has a very bad attitude toward everyone seeking help. If one can't work with people, DON'T!!!
Time tables for students change about 2 to 3 times a week which means no one can make appointments for after class because we don't know if it will change again.
PLEASE HELP!!!
