I have the same refund issue as many other students have posted on here. I payed for something I didn't recieve and now I need the money back and have received nothing from their finance department, the unisa ombudsman or the information center, all of which i have been mailing, calling and faxing continuously for last 3 months.
Needless to say, I would deter anyone considering doing business with them. I certainly will never consider it again.
