Ashley realised the urgency of the book and quickly ordered it from one of the branches. he phoned me within
hours to notify me that the book was with him and dispatched it the very next morning. my son was still reminding
me to order the book at the time and I said it was already delivered. Surprise. we don't have such efficiency
these days and i am happy to say that this motivates me to buy all my books on-line.
