Certain monies outstanding

Good Day

I hope that you can please help me out once again with Unisa. I received a letter stating that my son owes certain monies to Unisa. I can assure you that i paid for his registration fee and a student number was e-mailed through to me and i paid for his 4 modules. The letter syas he will not get his examination results.

His name is J K Matsoso: student number is 77852990. Please help me.
