Damelin is pure greed. I've read more reports like this on Hello Peter. I just hope that others don't make the same mistake as i did by choosing them above other institutes.
I started a logistics/supply-chain management course a few years back. I've paid in full and written 3 exams. The problem is that anyone in that industry will tell you that writing exams in June and November is almost impossible. I just simply couldn't take a week and a half off to finish the 4 that was left and thus my course expired. Now i have to re-register and re-pay and start all over again. That is simply a money making tactic by an institute that provides some of the worst service i have ever experienced. My books arrived just before my first exams. No body answers phones in their call centers and now this. They don't even try and accommodate me. No options, just a simple sorry we cant help you. Go re-register. The course is R11 569.00 which ive already paid last time.
Take my advice. GO ELSEWHERE!
